Role Overview

As a Legal Research Intern at Advokey AI, you will contribute to building India’s first AI-driven legal education ecosystem. You will work closely with our content, product, and AI teams to ensure the legal accuracy, depth, and usability of the research powering our platform.

This is a hands-on role where your legal research will directly shape how thousands of learners and young advocates up-skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on case law, statutes, and legal principles across Indian and comparative jurisdictions.

  • Draft concise case briefs, issue notes, and argument frameworks for inclusion in the Advokey AI platform.

  • Assist in designing moot court problem statements and challenge questions.

  • Collaborate with the AI and tech team to validate the accuracy of AI-generated legal outputs.

  • Support the content team in developing content for interactive learning modules.

  • Stay updated with recent judgments, amendments, and policy changes to keep the platform content relevant.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current law student (3rd year or above in a 5-year course, or 2nd year and above in a 3-year course) from a reputed law school.

  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.

  • Interest in moot courts, legal writing, and emerging areas of law (AI & law, tech law, ESG, etc.).

  • Prior experience in research internships, moot courts, or publications is a plus.
